Daughter of Swords, aka Mountain Man's Alexandra Sauser-Monnig, has announced several new summer and fall tour dates featuring songs from her recently released debut album, Dawnbreaker. The tour dates include headline concerts and shows with The Mountain Goats, Molly Tuttle, Hiss Golden Messenger, Molly Sarlé, and Sylvan Esso.

Daughter of Swords, aka Mountain Man's Alexandra Sauser-Monnig, has announced several new summer and fall tour dates featuring songs from her recently released debut album, Dawnbreaker. The tour dates include headline concerts and shows with The Mountain Goats, Molly Tuttle, Hiss Golden Messenger, Molly Sarlé (also of Mountain Man), and Sylvan Esso (the duo of Nick Sanborn, who co-produced Dawnbreaker with Sauser-Monnig, and Mountain Man's Amelia Meath). NPR hailed Dawnbreaker as a "tender, fragile, jewel of a record," and Pitchfork said it "reveals her effortless skill as a songwriter."     Congratulations to Kronos Quartet, whose acclaimed 1992 Nonesuch album Pieces of Africa has been named one of twenty-five recordings to be inducted into the National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress for 2024.
