Devendra Banhart, who has announced several US tour dates for early 2017, now announces several shows in Europe and the UK to follow. The tour begins at Auditorium di Milano on April 3, followed by concerts in Munich, Berlin, Brussels, Rotterdam, and Paris, culminating at Hackney Empire in London on April 12. Tickets for the London show go on sale November 30; the remaining shows go on sale Friday, December 2.

Devendra Banhart, who has announced several US tour dates for early 2017, now announces several shows in Europe and the UK to follow. Ape in Pink Marble, Banhart's ninth album, was released in September on Nonesuch Records. The album was written, produced, arranged, and recorded in Los Angeles by the singer / songwriter / guitarist with his longtime collaborators Noah Georgeson and Josiah Steinbrick, both of whom also worked on Banhart's most recent album, Mala (2013). Q magazine and the Times of London give the new album four stars; Uncut calls it "excellent."

Ape in Pink Marble is available now on iTunes, Amazon, and in the Nonesuch Store and can be heard on Spotify and Apple Music.
