k.d. lang and the Siss Boom Bang will be the featured musical performers at the eighth-annual Stuart House benefit held at the John Varvatos store in West Hollywood, on Sunday, March 13.

To celebrate the special event, Varvatos closes the street and opens the door of his West Hollywood boutique for an afternoon of live music, shopping, live and silent auctions, great food, kids’ activities, and fashionable festivities on Melrose and Robertson outside his flagship boutique. Proceeds from the event will benefit Stuart House, a nationally recognized program at the Rape Treatment Center at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center, serving the special needs of child victims of sexual abuse and their families. Now in its eighth year, the event has raised over 1.5 million dollars for Stuart House.

Guests help raise funds for Stuart House by participating in the live and silent auctions, from which fully 100% of the proceeds will directly benefit the organization. The John Varvatos boutique will donate 25% of its sales on that day to Stuart House. Attendees may also make direct donations to the Stuart House on the day of the event.
