Lake Street Dive is the guest on the latest episode of Spotify's new Under Cover podcast. The band members discuss the creative process of taking on someone else's song and making it their own, as they did with Annie Lennox's song "Walking on Broken Glass" for their Spotify Singles sessions released this past June. You can hear the Under Cover conversation below, and listen to Lake Street Dive's take on "Walking on Broken Glass" and the band's own song "Good Kisser," from its new album, Free Yourself Up, in the Spotify Singles set, below.

Lake Street Dive performs the second of two sold-out shows at the Academy of Music in Northampton, Massachusetts, tonight with special guest Robert Finley. The band closes out their pre-holiday touring with sold-out shows at Levon Helm Studios in Woodstock, New York, on Friday and at the Wang Theatre in Boston on Saturday. Lake Street Dive will close out 2018 with two nights at the State Theatre in Portland and a New Year's Eve show back at the Wang Theatre in Boston.     Congratulations to Kronos Quartet, whose acclaimed 1992 Nonesuch album Pieces of Africa has been named one of twenty-five recordings to be inducted into the National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress for 2024.
