Live from Here with Chris Thile will kick off its fourth season from its new broadcast home, The Town Hall in NYC, on September 7. The new dates include guest performances from Lake Street Dive's own Rachael Price, Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend, The Lumineers, Raphael Saadiq, Trey Anastasio, The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis, Jamila Woods, and more.

Live from Here with Chris Thile will kick off its fourth season from its new broadcast home, The Town Hall in New York City, on September 7, 2019. The new dates include guest performances from Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend on September 7; The Lumineers, Raphael Saadiq, and Maria Popova on September 14; Jamila Woods on September 28; Trey Anastasio and The Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis on October 12; and Lake Street Dive's own Rachael Price on October 26. More guests will be announced and additional information on 2020 dates to come soon.

General on-sale for the fall season at The Town Hall begins on Monday, August 5, at noon ET. Chris Thile closes out a summer tour with Punch Brothers at the Schaefer Center for the Performing Arts in Boone, North Carolina, this Thursday, as part of An Appalachian Summer Festival. The group's latest album, All Ashore, won the Grammy Award for Best Folk Album earlier this year.

    Kronos Quartet's Album 'Pieces of Africa' Inducted Into National Recording Registry at Library of Congress

    Congratulations to Kronos Quartet, whose acclaimed 1992 Nonesuch album Pieces of Africa has been named one of twenty-five recordings to be inducted into the National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress for 2024. "It planted a seed for our work," Kronos founder and violinist David Harrington says of the album. "It's flowered so beautifully."
