The Southampton show falls on International Women’s Day and will feature a specially curated program to include songs by Chaney’s favorite female songwriters. Chaney's new album, Shelter, released last year on Nonesuch, landed on Best Albums of 2018 lists from fRoots critics, Uncut, and Mojo. Uncut called it "transcendent,” while the Observer declared it “an elegant, luminous album.”
