Following yesterday's Nonesuch Journal news of the launch of the Steve Reich remix contest at Indaba Music comes more news on the Nonesuch remix front: there's just one more day to submit your remix of Philip Selway's "Beyond Reason," off his solo debut album, Familial. Final submissions are due at Indaba Music by 5 PM EDT on Thursday.

One month ago, Selway, Nonesuch Records, and Indaba Music put out the call for collaborators to remix the song, and, so far, more than 1,500 of you have entered with more than 200 submissions counted. But time is almost up, so while you're over at Indaba downloading the stems to Reich's 2x5, don't forget to submit your Selway remix while there's still time.

Once all the submissions are in, it's time to start voting. From October 14 to 28, fans get to pick their favorite "Beyond Reason" remix, while a panel of judges, including Selway, will be doing the same. Indaba will announce the jury’s choices of Grand Prize Winner and two Runners-Up on November 11, as well as the public’s choice of 15 Honorable Mentions.
