Punch Brothers, whose T Bone Burnett–produced album The Phosphorescent Blues, was released on Nonesuch Records earlier this year, kick off the spring leg of their North American tour at the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver on Wednesday, following several shows in the winter months. This leg of the tour includes stops in Seattle, Portland, Denver, and Salt Lake City; four dates in California; three in Texas; and two in Arizona, with supporting sets from Gabriel Kahane along the way. Tickets to to non-festival shows include a download of the new album. See the full North American tour schedule below, including several summer festival dates as well, like Bonnaroo and Telluride, and summer shows with Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn.

The Phosphorescent Blues is available at iTunes, Amazon, and in the Punch Brothers shop and Nonesuch Store, where orders include a download of the complete album at checkout and the HD digital version of the album is available to purchase.

Rolling Stone exclaimed upon the album's released: "Punch Brothers are astoundingly skilled, non-show-offy, and pretty much pushing at the vanguard of really great music you need to listen to right now. This record would be a great place to start." The CBC called it "triumphant."
