Punch Brothers will be the musical guests on The Late Show with David Letterman this Wednesday. Tune in to CBS then starting at 11:35 PM ET to see the band perform a song off their latest Nonesuch album, Who's Feeling Young Now?, released earlier this year.

The band will soon be hitting the road again with the next leg of their US tour. Following solo performances from mandolinist Chris Thile at the Savannah Music Festival tonight at San Francisco's Herbst Theatre on Sunday, the band kicks things off with a live broadcast performance of A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor on Saturday, April 14. Tune in to public radio stations across the US and online then at prairiehome.org to hear the band and fellow guests Renée Fleming, Aoife O'Donovan (who opened up for Punch Brothers on the first leg of the tour), and Heather Masse live with Keillor and crew at New York's Town Hall. Punch Brothers recently stopped by the offices of The Onion's A.V. Club for the latest installment of A.V. Undercover, in which bands choose from a list of songs and put their own spin on a classic. Punch Brothers chose The Cars hit "Just What I Needed." "Punch Brothers were kind of a natural choice for A.V. Undercover, since the modern bluegrass-influenced band has made cover songs a part of its repertoire for years," says the site.
