Rachael & Vilray, who released their self-titled debut album on Nonesuch last month, begin a fifteen-city tour of the Untied States at the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago tonight. The tour includes stops in Boston, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, DC, and more, culminating at The Bell House in Brooklyn on December 15. See below for details and tickets, and visit nonesuch.com/on-tour.

Rachael & Vilray features ten original songs by composer, singer, and guitarist Vilray plus two covers, performed by him and Lake Street Dive singer-songwriter Rachael Price. "It's a special kind of magic when two voices meet and immediately sound like they've never been apart," says Chronogram. "The voices of acoustic duo Rachael & Vilray are magical enough on their own, but when they blend in song the results are utterly sublime."

To pick up a copy of Rachael & Vilray, head to your local record store, iTunes, Amazon, and the Nonesuch Store, where CD and vinyl orders include an instant download of the album; you can also hear it on Spotify and Apple Music.

Here's Rachael & Vilray's performance from last weekend's Live From Here with Chris Thile at The Town Hall in New York City:
