Sara has appeared on Mountain Stage a number of times, including two performances with Chris Thile and her brother Sean as Nickel Creek. For the latest episode, she joined up again with Sean on guitar to perform songs from her recently released self-titled Nonesuch debut, which the show's host, Larry Groce, calls "a really, really fine recording," as well as a bonus tune not on the album, the Lindsey Buckingham song "Steal Your Heart Away."
