The Black Keys will perform on NBC's Saturday Night Live on December 3, just days before the release of their latest album, El Camino, due out December 6 on Nonesuch. This is the band's second time this year as musical guests on the show, a "rare distinction," says Rolling Stone's Matthew Perpetua, who broke the news in an exclusive this morning. The host of the show that night will be Boardwalk Empire star Steve Buscemi.

It was announced just yesterday that The Black Keys will be performing at night two of KROQ's 22nd annual Almost Acoustic Christmas extravaganza at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on December 11. Among the other artists performing that night are Cage the Elephant, Death Cab for Cutie, Florence + The Machine, Foster the People, Jane's Addiction, Mumford & Sons, and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds. Tickets go on sale tomorrow morning at 10 AM. For more information, go to kroq.radio.com.

To pre-order El Camino, head to the Nonesuch Store, where orders include an instant download of the first single, "Lonely Boy," and, starting release day, the complete album. You can also pre-order and get the single on iTunes and in The Black Keys' store.
