Though the US summer tour may have come to a close, Oberst recently announced that he would perform at two holiday-season benefit shows: Holiday Cheer for FUV at the Beacon Theatre in New York City on December 8 and the KCSN Benefit at the Valley Performing Arts Center in Northridge, California, on December 12.
