The Black Keys visited the BBC's Maida Vale studios earlier this week for a special episode of BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe show, which included a 40-minute set for a live studio audience that was webcast live. The Black Keys visited the BBC's Maida Vale studios earlier this week for a special episode of BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe show, which included a 40-minute set for a live studio audience that was webcast live. You can watch the band's Radio 1 performance of "Lonely Boy," off their new album, El Camino, in the video below, and listen to Zane Lowe's complete Black Keys Live Special again online at bbc.co.uk.

This weekend, CBC Television in Canada will be airing a feature-length interview The Black Keys gave CBC Radio Q's Jian Ghomeshi last December upon the release of the new album. The show will air this Sunday afternoon on CBC Television at 1 PM ET. In the mean time, you can watch an excerpt from the show below and listen to the complete audio from the Q interview at cbc.ca.

The Black Keys launch their North American tour March 2 with a performance at the US Bank Arena in Cincinnati. For tour details, go to nonesuch.com/on-tour.

    Congratulations to Kronos Quartet, whose acclaimed 1992 Nonesuch album Pieces of Africa has been named one of twenty-five recordings to be inducted into the National Recording Registry at the Library of Congress for 2024. "It planted a seed for our work," Kronos founder and violinist David Harrington says of the album. "It's flowered so beautifully."
