Tune in to the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson tonight for a performance from Wilco. The band is in L.A. for Grammy Week, which culminates in Sunday's awards ceremony; Wilco (the album) is up for Best Americana Album of the Year. The band will perform "One Wing" off their latest Grammy-nominated Nonesuch release, Wilco (the album). Also appearing on tonight's episode will be Rosie O'Donnell. The band is in Los Angeles to celebrate Grammy Week, which culminates in this Sunday's awards ceremony and TV broadcast, also on CBS. Wilco (the album) has been nominated for a Grammy for Best Americana Album of the Year. The band won a Grammy in 2004 for Best Alternative Music Album for A Ghost Is Born. Other Nonesuch nominees this year include Allen Toussaint's The Bright Mississippi for Best Jazz Instrumental Album; Shawn Colvin's Live for Best Contemporary Folk Album; and Amadou & Mariam's Welcome to Mali and Oumou Sangare's latest World Circuit / Nonesuch release, Seya, both for Best Contemporary World Music Album.

Another high point of Wilco's Grammy Week appearances is sure to be Friday night's concert honoring Neil Young as the 2010 MusiCares Person of the Year. Among the many artists joining Wilco in the celebration are Emmylou Harris, T Bone Burnett, and k.d. lang, who's take on Young's "Helpless" appeared on Hymns of the 49th Parallel and is included in her forthcoming career retrospective, Recollection. Also on board for the concert are Jackson Browne; Crosby, Stills & Nash; Sheryl Crow; Patty Griffin; Josh Groban; Ben Harper; Elton John; Norah Jones; Dave Matthews; John Mellencamp; Red Hot Chili Peppers; James Taylor; Lucinda Williams; and others.

Proceeds from the benefit concert event go to support the work of the Recording Academy-affiliated MusiCares Foundation, which offers programs and services to members of the music community including emergency financial assistance. Portions of the Person of the Year event this year will be streamed live for the first time ever at grammy.com.
